StudyLumen Terms of Service

These terms apply to the StudyLumen Parent app, the StudyLumen Child supervised-device companion, and subscription features where offered.

Subscription and trial terms

  • Android subscriptions are billed through Google Play.
  • iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase where offered.
  • Website subscriptions are billed through Razorpay where offered.
  • Store-managed subscriptions renew until canceled in store settings.
  • Refunds, grace, hold, and chargeback outcomes may affect access.

Supervisor-managed device enrollment

StudyLumen is a supervisor-managed product. Only an account holder authorized to supervise a device may enroll it. When the supervised user is a minor, the account holder must be the parent or legal guardian. Pairing, policy sync, and enrollment remain gated until the backend verifies an active subscription for the account.
