StudyLumen Account Deletion

StudyLumen supports account deletion from inside the StudyLumen Parent app and through this public page for users who cannot reach the in-app flow.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Sign in to the StudyLumen Parent app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account in the Account section.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Delete when you cannot sign in

Email support@studylumen.com and include the supervisor account email you want removed. Ask for StudyLumen supervisor-account deletion.

Data deleted with the account

  • Supervisor profile and authentication record.
  • Linked supervised-profile records, supervised-device records, and policy data owned by that supervisor.
  • Access requests, tamper-alert history, installed-app snapshots, and push-token registrations.
  • Consent-event records stored under the supervisor account.
  • StudyLumen-held billing customer and subscription records.
  • Payment providers may retain payment records according to their terms and legal obligations.
