StudyLumen supports account deletion from inside the StudyLumen Parent app and through this public page for users who cannot reach the in-app flow.

Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to the StudyLumen Parent app.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account in the Account section.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Delete when you cannot sign in
Email support@studylumen.com and include the supervisor account email you want removed. Ask for StudyLumen supervisor-account deletion.
Data deleted with the account
- Supervisor profile and authentication record.
- Linked supervised-profile records, supervised-device records, and policy data owned by that supervisor.
- Access requests, tamper-alert history, installed-app snapshots, and push-token registrations.
- Consent-event records stored under the supervisor account.
- StudyLumen-held billing customer and subscription records.
- Payment providers may retain payment records according to their terms and legal obligations.
